LCC didn't just talk the talk, they walked the walk. They controlled the pace early, building an 8-point lead (21:13) thanks to free throws from Urte Slavickaite and Maisa Dias.

Elizabete Bulane drained a three in the second quarter to extend the Klaipeda team's lead to 9 points (26:17). However, Ieva Pulvere answered back with a two-pointer, and Margaux Claveau's three-ball forced LCC's coach Vilius Stanisauskas to call a timeout.

The timeout didn't faze TTT-Riga. Midway through the second, Gabija Meskonyte found herself open for a fast-break layup to tie the game at 30-30. Pulvere then put TTT-Riga ahead with another bucket (34-33).
