From Tallinn's Triumph to a Quadruple-Double, and Division B Quarterfinals Ready to Go

In Division A, TSA/CITYTEED Tallinn secured an important 80-54 home victory over Liepaja/LSSS. This win propelled the Estonian team to 5th place in the standings.

Sofia Kosareva led TSA/CITYTEED with 19 points, while Maarja Grunmann and Joana Domingas Antonio each added 11 points, and Katlin Kangur and Lada Lesina contributed 10 points apiece.

Kitija Muzikante (16 points) and Madara Smite (13 points) reached double figures for Liepaja/LSSS, who were missing two key players.

Meanwhile, Siauliai-Vilmers, another team vying for 5th place, suffered a 75-64 home loss to defending champions TTT Riga.

Despite a strong first quarter (23-19), Siauliai-Vilmers were unable to maintain their lead as TTT Riga took control. The American duo of Dominique Wilson (17 points) and Mia Loyd (13 points, 10 rebounds) led TTT Riga to victory.

Mercy Wanyama (21 points, 11 rebounds) and Valeria Aleksieva (11 points) were the top scorers for Siauliai-Vilmers, and Agnė Cerneckyte added 9 points and 10 assists.

Liepaja/LSSS bounced back with a 61-54 home win over RSU, securing their second victory of the season. Enija Kivite (17 points, 11 rebounds) and Madara Smite (15 points, 12 rebounds) both recorded double-doubles for Liepaja/LSSS. Una Steinharde (13 points) led RSU.

Division B witnessed a flurry of games, highlighted by Latvia U16's busy schedule. The young Latvian team played four games in five days, losing to TTT Riga Juniors (89-70), Daugavpils University (85-69), and Aistes-LSMU (102-47), while defeating Atletas (109-43).

Other Division B action saw Panevezys defeat TTT Riga Juniors 77-72, Aistes-LSMU dominate Atletas 136-29, and Daugavpils University edge Uniclub Bet-Oaks Vilnius 69-68 in an overtime thriller. With the game tied at 62-62, Viktorija Oseniece hit a three-pointer at the buzzer to send the game to overtime. In overtime, Ksenija Petrova's three-pointer sealed the victory for Daugavpils University.

A remarkable feat occurred in the Aistes-LSMU vs. Atletas game, where Brigita Rimkeviciute recorded a quadruple-double, scoring 28 points, grabbing 10 rebounds, dishing out 12 assists, and stealing 12 balls.

With the Division B regular season concluded, Aistes-LSMU (12-0) secured an automatic berth to the Final Four. The remaining teams will compete in best-of-two quarterfinal series: Panevezys (9-3) vs. Atletas (1-11), TTT Riga Juniors (8-4) vs. Uniclub Bet-Oaks (2-10), and Daugavpils University (7-5) vs. Latvia U16 (3-9).
